Bill has over thirty years of experience in State and Federal Courts in Southern California. He has worked for a State Agency, a private law firm, school districts, and has been a Professor of Law. Bill is well know in the Southern California area; he is also active in community service as a member of the Laguna Beach School Board. Bill was Professor of Law for nine years at Pacific University College of Law, and was Instructor of Law at Long Beach City College, which is a division of Long Beach Unified School District.

He has developed relationships with other law firms and business that he uses to support his efforts on your case. Bill developed a case plan for each of his clients, using numerous contacts to ensure that you receive the best representation possible.

Special Assignments:
In charge of the new attorney training class, a twenty four week course, I have trained the plurality of Workers’ Compensation attorneys in Southern California.

Selected as the sole representative from legal department of State Compensation Insurance Fund to represent the legal department in the first Los Angeles Basin reorganization program, the second Los Angeles reorganization program, and The Claims Structure study.

President Award for corporate excellence 1990, Supervisory award 1992.

Primary designer and advocate for the modern law office design. This design moved the files and equipment to an internal room away from the offices. This created a quite and professional working environment for clerical and attorney’s staff.

Member of the State Bar of California in good standing, admitted to all State Courts and many Federal courts, including the Central District in Los Angeles, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal, and the United States Supreme Court.

Legal Education:
B.A. degree in psychology, California State University Long Beach. Law degree LLB, Western State University, College of Law.

Teaching experience:
I hold a valid California teaching credential, from the State of California. Teaching has been my part time profession; I have 20 years of part time teaching experience in a classroom setting. I have also taught for nine years at a small private law school in Long Beach California, where I held the position of professor of law. I have taught classes in Business Law, Remedies, Agency and Partnership, Corporate law, Civil Procedure and Constitutional Law.

Community Service:
I have been involved in the community as an elected member of the Laguna Beach School Board. I have worked many years with a charitable organization SchoolPower, as a Trustee, classroom volunteer at Top of the World elementary school, for several years, Cotillion Parent volunteer, AYSO soccer coach, in addition to my service as a member of the Laguna Beach School Board were I now sit as a School Board member. I am also the School Board Representative that sits on the separate Endowment Board of SchoolPower; this Board oversees the financial investments and gifts from the SchoolPower Foundation. I sit on the Joint Fiscal Management committee of the Laguna Beach Unified School District, where I also sit on the Technology Committee.
